¿DONDE ESTÁ LA PLATA?
Vi parte de la entrevista que Fernando Paulsen hizo a Tomás Hirsch en el programa "Última Mirada" en Chilevisión. Reconozco que me impactó la pregunta que el candidato planteó "¿Dónde está la plata?".
Y me dejó dando vueltas al tema. Hace años el precio del cobre rondaba en 90 centavos la libra y hoy se duplicó. Resulta que hoy vivimos igual -peor para los más pesimistas- que cuando el valor del mineral era bajo.
Más aún, se habla de un alto crecimiento del país, del aumento de las exportaciones, etc., etc. Pero ¿dónde está la plata?
Los trabajadores siguen con bajos ingresos. Para que decir los que son temporeros, que reciben el sueldo mínimo, pese al alza en las exportaciones e ingresos por varios millones de dólares.
La bencina sigue igual de cara.
La salud continua mal. Fonasa cubre muy poco y las Isapres están cada vez más caras con planes en que reducen las coberturas.
La Educación está igual que la salud.
No me digan que la plata está en las carreteras y autopistas, porque allí invirtieron los privados.
En diciembre de 2004, el reajuste para la Administración Pública fue de un 3,5%, donde la gente que gana sobre un millón de pesos no recibe bono de término de conflicto, aguinaldos ni bonos escolares, en resumen ninguna regalía. (Los ministros y parlamentarios si las tienen)
Este año, ¿el reajuste será igual de "ratón" y discriminatorio?
¿Dónde esta la plata?. Una buena pregunta del candidato Hirsch.
Si el Padre Hurtado viviera, sin duda sería el gran crítico del sistema y se haría la misma pregunta: ¿Dónde está la plata?
